When Things Usually Happen

Initial Reply

Most messages get a real response within 24 hours. Sometimes faster if we're already at our desks. Weekends might stretch to Monday morning.

Detailed Conversation

If your situation needs more back-and-forth, we typically schedule a proper chat within three to five days. Gives us time to pull together relevant information specific to what you asked.

Campus Visit Option

Want to see the actual studios and equipment? We arrange tours most weekdays. Usually need about a week's notice to coordinate with production schedules and make sure someone's available to walk you through properly.

Drop By in Person

Our Banqiao location is open weekdays between 9 AM and 6 PM. You don't need an appointment for basic questions, though calling ahead helps if you want dedicated time with someone who can really dig into specifics. The studio spaces are on the second floor if you're curious to peek at the actual working environment.

Join an Information Session

We run casual group sessions the first and third Wednesday of each month starting in February 2026. Less formal than it sounds — usually six to eight people asking questions while we demo some equipment and walk through typical program flow. Email us to get on the list for upcoming dates.

Talk to Current Participants

Sometimes hearing from someone going through it right now helps more than talking to us. We can connect you with current students who've volunteered to share their honest experience. They'll tell you the real deal — what's harder than expected, what surprised them, what they wish they'd known starting out.
